Hi, Guys, it's 11 here. In this blog, I will be listing a tonne of different things that you can do while you are stuck in isolation or are just bored at home. All these things you can do indoors and probably have all the materials you need to do this at home. Yay!
I love making pom poms because it is relaxing and you can do them anywhere, anytime. I especially love to make pom poms with just my fingers, Yarn or wool and scissors because it is super simple and less time consuming (unless you want it to be time-consuming.) Pom poms are a way you can express what you are feeling by using different colours and making them different textures.
Do scrabble online
Scrabble is so much fun, but now that I can’t do it with my grandma, I had to work out a way I could play it with her. Internet scrabble club is a way we can both play at the same time! How cool is that and it is FREE. All you have to do is make an account (and tell your loved ones or friends) to make an account and you can play together. You could also zoom at the same time so you can talk. So do not hesitate to play Internet scrabble club.
Nothing is better than binge-watching Netflix with a friend. NOTHING. But now that we can’t go outside, we have to do it inside. With Netflix party you can pick a movie with your buddy and watch it at the same time, plus there is a chat on the side so you can, well chat. All you have to do is have a Netflix account (which I am pretty sure we all have) download the google extension Netflix party and create an account. Scrapbooking is a way to show what you love and to express your feelings plus it also has health benefits like, It Lowers stress levels, It is a form of meditation, Scrapbooking gives your brain a workout, Scrapbooking can keep your heart happy and most of all it is FUN. Clean out your wardrobe
Cleaning out your wardrobe is a great time consuming activity( which is good because we all have time to spend) to do for all these reasons, you can connect with those around you ( even though there aren’t many,) you discover clothes you never knew you had before and it helps you feel cleaner. Binge watch TV
We all have all-time favourite TV Shows, so now that we are all inside go ahead and watch every single episode there is to watch and maybe grab a bag of popcorn because food makes every show x10 better, trust me. Spending quality family time is the key to a happy family (and food.)
It's time to get your groove on. Dancing has a way of taking your cares away. It doesn't matter if it's the chicken dance, the Macarena or your own crazy moves. Who hasn't gotten lost in an upbeat song as they jumped around? But not only does it feel amazing it is good for you. So, put on your favourite songs and DANCE.
Read a book
How does getting lost in a whole new land being in someone’s story and felling like you are there. If you like the sound of that pick up a book and read. Reading is not only very enjoyable, but it is great for you. When we read, we are improving memory and learning new words, but also it makes us feel better and more positive too. So, go on and read!
Make a home spa
We all get a bit caught up in stress sometimes, so pamper yourself with a home spa. A home spa is a spa you make at home or get us kids to make. Ether way put on a face mask, paint your nails, have a bubble bath, and relax. Make a day where you don’t do any and just spoil yourself. Take it from me it feels amazing.
Make Pillow Spray
Are you finding it hard to sleep, if so make your own pillow spray concoction. I love pillow sprays because the smell AMAZING and help me sleep. A definite win, win. Being well rested makes your days some much better and now that you can make a spray that helps with that DO IT! Maybe if you sleep in you can get your family to make you breakfast in bed an extra win. Sleep tight and goodnight.
